For this recipe you need:

- coconut milk - 3.75 of glass
- chicken ( breast in strips) - 120g
- lemon sorghum (sprout) - 2 pieces
- green onion - 2 pieces
- Chile pepper - 3-4 pieces
- juice - 1.5 lime
- fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- coriander's leaves - 1 tablespoon
- coriander's leaves for serving.

Warm coconut milk in deep stewing pan, do not bring hardly to a boil, add chicken and lemon sorghum (crushed and cut in large pieces). Raise fire a bit so that liquid gurgles a little, and boil the chicken, without the cover, for about 4 minutes till softness.
Cut the onion into rings, and chile pepper peeled from seeds and chop. Add onion and chile. Raise fire not for long, then take away deep stewing pan from the fire, add lime juice, fish sauce and coriander's leaves, stir everything.
Serve up after having decorated by coriander's leaves.
