For this recipe you need:
- tomato - 1 piece
- green onion - 2 bunches
- fennel (tuber) 1/2 of piece
- celery (root) - 250g
- carrot - 1 piece
- onions - 1 piece
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- chicken (breast) - 300g
- vegetable broth - 1.5 l
- macaroni (rigatonis) - 125g
- lemon citron - 1 teaspoon
- salt, milled black and red pepper to taste.
Cut into cubes the tomato pulp and onion. Chop fennel, green onion, celery and carrot. Stew everything in the oil, except tomatoes and green onion. Pour broth and bring to a boil. Cut the meat, add together with macaroni rigatonis into soup and boil 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and green onion and warm up. Spice with lemon citron, salt, and pepper and decorate with mint.
