For this recipe you need:
- milk - 200 milliliters
- water - 200 milliliters
- chicken breast (with bones) - 300g
- onions - 1 piece
- creams - 100g
- dry white wine - 75g
- butter - 1 tablespoon
- wheat flour - 2 tablespoons
- egg (yolk) - 1 piece
- salt.
Separate meat from bones and cut into cubes in the size 1-2 centimeters. Add cut onions and pour 150g of milk, mixed with water.
Boil, close with cover, 8 minutes by 100%. Add the rest of liquid and boil 3 minutes more. Stir flour with butter, pour broth, mix and add into soup. Heat quickly (1 minute by 100%). Mix egg and creams and add into soup.
Do not boil more! Add salt, pepper, pour wine and stir.
