For this recipe you need:
ne chicken
roots - one bundle
one onion
butter - 2 tablespoons
smoked pig's fat - 75g
flour - 2 tablespoons
one laurel
tomatoes - four
creams - a half of a glass
karri - 1 tablespoon
salt, cayenne (pepper) to taste
Pour the chicken by the cold salted water, add chopped roots, laurel and boil on the small fire. Divide prepared chicken in portion pieces and filter the broth. Take off the peel from tomatoes, cut and fry on warmed butter together with fat, powder with flour, stir and add the broth. Boil for about 15 minutes more, after that add karri and cayenne pepper.
The soup is served up with cubes of fried white bread or rice. Add creams to taste.
