For this recipe you need:
chicken meat - 100g
bulb onion - a half of onion
butter - 1 teaspoon
coriander's seeds - a half of teaspoon
red sharp pepper - a half of one pod
ginger, turmeric, salt to taste
Cut the chicken meat in pieces with weight 20-25g., pour water, add salt, bring to a boil, take off superfluous fat and boil till readiness. Sharp leguminous pepper, coriander's seeds, turmeric, turn thoroughly into powder, stir with small amount of water till consistence of thick sour cream.
Cut onion finely, brown slightly in the oil. Prepared mass from spicery is mixed up with chicken broth and brought to a boil. Put the chicken meat and onion in the soup plate and pour into broth. The crumbly rice is given separately. The soup should be not very fat and rather sharp.
