For this recipe you need:
chicken ( boiled sirloin) - 300 g
chicken broth - 3 glasses
mandarins - 2
butter - 2 tablespoons
wheat flour - 1 tablespoon
egg (yolk) - 1 piece
cream or milk - a half of glass
add salt to taste
Grind the chicken sirloin through meat chopper twice and after addind 2-3 tablespoons of broth, rub it through the bolter.Fry flour thoroughly with 1 tablespoon of butter, dilute with 2 glasses of hot broth, bring to a boil and filter. Stir ready sauce with chicken puree and bring to a boil. Then take it from fire, add salt to taste, butter and beaten up yolks of eggs.
By serving up add mandarin segments into soup. Give separately pieces of toasted bread.
