For this recipe you need:
- chicken - 1 piece
- rice - 1 glass
- salt - to taste
- egg - 2 pieces
- lemon - 2 pieces.
Pour well-dressed chicken by cold water, cover with a lid and put to boil. Take out the scum with a skimmer, and add salt. If you are going to prepare another dish from chicken, take it out from the broth in 20 minutes, if not - boil till full preparedness. Then throw rice into broth and, while rice is being prepared, prepare egg-lemon sauce. Beat up eggs properly, and add gradually lemon juice and one ladle of broth. Pour sauce, prepared in such a way, into soup, stirring it.
