For this recipe you need:
- potato - 4 pieces
- purret - 1 piece
- butter - 1 tablespoon
- chicken broth - 1 l
- sour cream - 250 g
- pepper, nutmeg, - to taste
- parsley - to taste.
Cut into cubes sirloin. Pell the potato and cut into cubes too. Cut purret into thin rings. Shell the onion and chop. Warm up butter in the saucepan, put potato there, onion, purret and stew 3 minutes. Add sirloin and bring to a boil. Boil 15 minutes. With the help of mixer make puree from soup. Put meat into soup and boil on the average fire 10 minutes more. Stir with sour cream and spice soup with pepper and nutmeg. Wash the parsley, separate leaves and decorate soup with them.
