For this recipe you need:
- chicken broth - 1.5 l
- carrot - 1 piece
- onion - 1 piece
- parsley (root) - 1 piece
- macaroni - 150 g
- salt, nutmeg - to taste
- greens.
Put browned vegetables and parsley root into boiling broth. Boil macaroni in salted water in the other saucepan, throw on the colander and add to prepared soup. Before serving sprinkle with finely cut greens.
