For this recipe you need:
salt - 2 teaspoon
bulb onion - 2 pieces
chicken - 1
kohlrabi - 1
flour - 2 tablespoons
parsley ( cut greens) - 3 tablespoons
Boil 2 liters of water. Wash the chicken outside and inside and put it together with onion in boiling salted water. Boil the chicken till becoming soft on the slow fire during for about 2 hours. At the beginning of boiling remove scum.
Peel the kohlrabi and cut in cubes approximate up to one centimeter. Boiled chicken take out from the broth. Filter the broth, take out the fat. Pour off 1,5 liters of broth and pour out again in the saucepan. Add the kohlrabi and boil under the cover on the slow fire for about 30 minutes. Take off the skin from the chicken, separate meat from the bones and cut in cubes.
Put it in the saucepan together with kohlrabi and boil everything, until the kohlrabi becomes soft. Stir flour with butter, with the help of hand beater dilute in soup and boil on the slow fire ten minutes more. Before serving up, powder soup with parsley cut greens.
