For this recipe you need:
Tonga's mushrooms (dry) - 30 g
chicken ( boiled meat without skin) - 150g
bamboo's sprouts - 60g
soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
rice wine or dry sherry - 1 tablespoon
chicken broth - 1-1,25 l
salt, pepper to taste
coriander to taste.
Put the mushrooms in hot water for a half of an hour. Cut chicken meat in thin strips. Dry the bamboo and cut it in thin strips too. Dry the mushrooms, cut off the firm stems, cut the caps in thin strips too.
Chicken meat, bamboo and mushrooms put in the plate, mix up with the soy-bean and rice wine and get to draw for a one hour. Warm up the chicken broth, put all the ingredients in it, and boil one minute. Add salt and pepper.
Powder with coriander, serve up everything hot.
