For "Chicken broth" recipe you need:
- chicken - 1 piece
- salt, lemon - to taste.
Put dressed and well-washed carcass into saucepan with cold water (1 kilogram of meat for 2 liters of water) and bring slowly to a boil, then boil till the meat becomes soft. After boiling filter and salt the broth, add several drops of lemon juice. For ill people serve the broth with the vegetable broth. You can use the broth for preparing of sauces and soups.
Mill the boiled meat through the meat-chopper and use for preparing of baked puddings, croquets and other dishes.
