For this recipe you need:
- chicken - 1 piece
- carrot - 2 pieces
- potato - 2 pieces
- onions - 1 piece
- celery (root) - 1 piece
- parsley (root) - 1 piece
- semolina - 50g
- butter - 50g
- egg - 1 piece
- salt to taste.
Dress the chicken, wash, put into saucepan, pour cold water, add salt, 2 whole carrots, 2 whole potatoes, 1 onion, root of celery and parsley. Cover and turn on the average fire. Boil, until the meat becomes soft. Then take out the chicken, and filter the broth and put again on the fire. Prepare little balls from semolina: grind one tablespoon of semolina and beat up with butter or lard, egg, salt hardly (semolina should be watery). Take a little in teaspoon and drop it into boiling broth. Before serving sprinkle with greens of dill, parsley, celery, add pepper to taste.
