For this recipe you need:
chicken broth – 3 l
beef liver – 300-400 g
salt – 1 teaspoon
bulb onion - 1 piece
parsley (greens) – 2-3 tablespoons
goose-grease – 1 tablespoon
egg – 2 pieces
matzo flour – a half of glass.
Grind the beef liver through meat chopper. Brown cut small onion, parsley in goose-grease. Mix parsley with beaten eggs, chilled brown mixture, salt, add flour. Stir everything perfectly. Make 9-10 cknejdlach from the received mass. If during the boiling cknejdlach is broken, add some more flour.
Boil cknejdlach in broth on the small fire in wide and low saucepan without cover. They are considered to be ready, when they will come to the surface
