For this recipe you need:

  • beef or chicken - 100g

  • vermicelli 15g

  • onions - 5g

  • carrot - 25g

  • turnip or rutabaga - 10g

  • butter - 5g

  • water - 500g

  • salt ( mixture ) - 5g



  • Sort out vermicelli, put into salted water ( 200g) and boil to preparedness, pass through a colander or a sieve. Chop washed peeled carrot into thin straws and stew with butter till softness in the close dishware. Put stewed carrot and boiled vermicelli into hot meat or chicken broth, and boil thoroughly.
